Mission Statement

The Association of Latina/o Faculty and Staff (ALFAS) is an organization for faculty and professional staff devoted to representing, addressing the needs, and raising awareness about issues that pertain to UConn’s Latinas/os. ALFAS seeks to advance educational and work opportunities that would enhance the status of Latinas/os within the University community.
